i found the location to be excellent, especially its proximity to the train station. the room was well-equipped with air conditioning, which i could easily adjust. fresh towels were provided daily and the staff were always helpful and polite. the comfy bed ensured restful nights.
i noticed some noise from the trains . it was slightly disruptive, though i eventually managed to get used to it. perhaps better soundproofing could alleviate this issue.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room was clean and contained every essential item i needed. i requested and received an iron and board promptly. the central location was ideal (it made getting around so easy!), just a five-minute walk from the train station and a short distance from the quayside.
the room was a bit small, though it had everything i needed.

The location was great for accessing everything i wanted to visit. it was easy to reach from the station. the staff was so lovely and let me keep my case after check out. this allowed me to go shopping without dragging it about. All was nice and clean.
the pillows were flat, and the duvet was thin. also, the air con kept blowing cold air, not ideal. i found this particularly bothersome during the night. it made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
